Please complete the Returns Form enclosed with your order to indicate what you are returning.
We recommend that you obtain a 'proof of postage' receipt from the Post Office as we don't accept responsibility for returned items that fail to reach us.
For customers ordering from outside the United Kingdom who wish to return or exchange a full priced item, we offer you 6 weeks within which to return your item from the date of purchase. Please alert us by email that you are returning or exchanging items and we recommend that you obtain proof of purchase of postage for parcels sent back to us.
If you need to exchange your item, please complete the Returns & Exchanges form, indicating what you are returning and what you wish to exchange it for. Pop this and the item in question, in perfect condition, into your returnable despatch sack and post it back to us. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we do not accept any responsibility for returned items that fail to reach us.
If you are wishing to exchange items you purchased then we are happy to send you a postage label to return the exchange items to us. Please just write to "email@example.com and we'll email you a label to stick onto your parcel. We will happily post out exchange items to you however if these don't fit either, please give us a ring to discuss if you wish to exchange them more than once. If you wish to exchange Sale items, then please return these to us , please fill out the Returns & Exchange Form and return to us (for which you will need to pay the postage) and we'll happily send you an alternative size or colour.
