How do I return an item?

RETURNS POLICY - updated June 2016

We would like you to be delighted with every purchase but understand that this will not always be the case. Should you need to return any full price items, in perfect condition and in its original packaging, within 21 days of receipt of your order, please return them to State of Mind Limited using the returnable despatch sack and send to:

Please complete the Returns Form enclosed with your order to indicate what you are returning.

We recommend that you obtain a 'proof of postage' receipt from the Post Office as we don't accept responsibility for returned items that fail to reach us.

If you return your items in good order after the 21 day deadline, then we can offer you a credit note for the value of the items being returned.

EUROPE & REST OF WORLD - Returns & Exchanges

For customers ordering from outside the United Kingdom who wish to return or exchange a full priced item, we offer you 6 weeks within which to return your item from the date of purchase. Please alert us by email that you are returning or exchanging items and we recommend that you obtain proof of purchase of postage for parcels sent back to us.


EXCHANGE POLICY: UK Customers
If you need to exchange your item, please complete the Returns & Exchanges form, indicating what you are returning and what you wish to exchange it for. Pop this and the item in question, in perfect condition, into your returnable despatch sack and post it back to us. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we do not accept any responsibility for returned items that fail to reach us.

If you are wishing to exchange items you purchased then we are happy to send you a postage label to return the exchange items to us. Please just write to "customerservice@stateofmindactive.com and we'll email you a label to stick onto your parcel. We will happily post out exchange items to you however if these don't fit either, please give us a ring to discuss if you wish to exchange them more than once. Sale & Clearance Items: UK Customers
Sale & promotional items may be refunded if you alert us within 14 days after you have received the goods and if they are sent back in perfect condition in their original packaging. If you return Sale items after this 14 day window (following receipt of your goods) , then we will offer you a credit note for the value of the goods.

If you wish to exchange Sale items, then please return these to us , please fill out the Returns & Exchange Form and return to us (for which you will need to pay the postage) and we'll happily send you an alternative size or colour. We recommend that you obtain proof of purchase for parcels sent back to us as we don't accept responsibility for returned items that fail to reach us.

EUROPE & REST OF WORLD - Sale & Clearance : Returns & Exchanges

In order to arrange a refund/exchange please inform us by email within 14 days following receipt of your items to customerservice@stateofmindactive.com that you are returning/exchanging the item/s to us in perfect condition. If you return the items to us later than 30 days following receipt of your order, we will offer you a credit note against future purchases.

FREE RETURNS & Exchanges

From time to time, we will offer Free Returns as part of a promotion or special offer and will advertise this on the website at the time.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
